Meibo Art Museum was founded in 2012 by Mr. Chen Hui, a senior art collector and the chairman of Shanghai Li’an Culture and Art Development Co., Ltd. It is a private museum engaged in exhibitions for contemporary art, ancient Chinese art treasures, academic research and exchanges as well as public education.

Meibo Art Museum covers a total area of 12,000m2 including an indoor exhibition hall of around 2,000m² and an outdoor exhibition space of around 3,000m2,plus other public space like an art store, an art restaurant and a roof garden. Known as an ‘art Museum blooming in the park’, it is located inside Li'an Park,a public space full of trees with different sceneries at each season.
